Dorito Taco Salad
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt & Pepper
1 Can Refried Beans
Doritos
Shreds Lettuce
Mild Cheddar Cheese
Black Olives
Jalapenos
Salsa
Ranch (if you live in TX, we add Ranch to everything!)
Brown ground beef in a skillet with Cumin, Cayenne, Salt
& Pepper. Heat up Refriend Beans in
Microwave. Assemble Salad: Doritos,
Ground Beef, Refried Beans, Cheese, Black Olives, Jalapenos, Salsa – Ranch (if
desired).
If you want to go all out and make it a true taco Salad then
make homemade tortilla bowls. Crumple a
piece of foil into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Drape tortilla over foil ball and spray with
cooking spray to hold the shape. Cook at
400 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.
