4.25 mile run/walk on treadmill ( I ran solid the first 1.5 miles and the last .75) Hopefully soon I will be able to run 4.25 miles solid, but I'm working up to it!
Total Miles this week: 12.75
Total Miles Overall: 19.75 Miles
Only 10 more to go and I'm only half way through the month, I'm hoping to blow the 30 miles in 30 days goal out of the water!!!
I think the hardest part about this challenge is going to be staying motivated... I'm already trying to think of new things to keep me motivated in April! This is what happens to me every single time I get really motivated then I just quit. I don't want that to happen this time!!!
