I've been a cooking fool this week, well healthy cooking fool! I've mostly been eating roasted vegetables every night for dinner, so I mixed it up a little last night. I used to make these when I was in college and use them as a go-to dinner when I've got nothing else
Skinny Bagel Pizza
1 Skinny Bagel {100 calories}
Ragu Marinara Sauce
Low Fat Cheese
Pepperoni {Optional}
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place bagel facing up on a baking sheet. Spread marinara onto bagel, then pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Pop it in the oven for 7 minutes and voila! Healthy pizzas in less then 10 minutes, doesn't get much easier than that!
I added a green salad with Fat Free dressing as a side.
Let me know if you make this and what you think! If I wasn't married I would probably eat this exact meal 7 days a week.
I also ate a cup of orange sherbert for dessert - have you eaten this delicious frozen treat in a while? If not, you need to, it's sooo good! Reminds me of my childhood!
