I'm always looking for easy recipes that I can make on a weeknight that won't take up my entire evening! Also, a consideration for me is the number of dishes my meal is going to create - I HATE DISHES! I don't know why, but it's just one of those things I DESPISE doing! I was going to just make plain ol Ravioli the other night, but decided to change it up a little bit and made my own little recipe. Literally the Easiest/Cheapest/Fastest/Plainest Recipe there is. Just the way I like it!
Ravioli Casserole:
1 Package Frozen Cheese Ravioli (or whatever kind you prefer)
1 - 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (depending how much you want)
1 1/2 cups Ragu Traditional Marinara Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Follow directions on the back of the ravioli package. Once pasta is cooked, place in a casserole dish and cover with cheese and Marinara sauce. Cook for 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Voila!
Serve with a Side salad and Garlic Bread.
Do you ever make-up your own recipes? I think I need to do this more often.
now this is perfect and easy! nice!
ReplyDeleteA girl after my own heart!! Can't stand dishes either and am constantly making things up in the kitchen which more often than not start with something frozen mixed with what ever else I have in the fridge or pantry! Happy Friday!!
