Diaries of a Bargainista {Chp. 3 - Pearls & Stripes}

I posted a pic of this dress on Friday as one of my fave purchases for the week.

I want to apologize ahead of time for these terrible Mirror Self-Portraits.





Dress - Ross $12.99

Shoes - Kohls Last year, $29.99

Necklace - Oldie, but goodie!  I'm gonna consider this FREE since I've had it for so long!
To get this look fold a strand of pearls in half and attach a Ribbon! 

Total Outif cost: $42.98
