Since I did absolutely nothing this weekend, I spent a little bit of time on Pinterest! No, I didn't do any pinterest projects, but I'm starting to make a list of things that I'm

I know I'm a HUGE DUM-DUM when it comes to this, but for those of you new to blogging, I would like to share with you what I just discovered! If you would like to show a pin on your blog with the source, just go to the pin and on the right hand side of the page it says Embed. Click on embed and use the HTML code to post on your blog. EASY PEASY! Seriously wish I would have discovered this sooner, would have made my life MUCH easier! I always wondered why people would type out the entire source from the PIN, well I realize now that they don't and they just use the Embed Code - DURRRRRR!!!
Okay, enough with that - What's on your Pinterest Project List?
Check back tomorrow, I will be announcing where I'm going for the weekend! Hint, Hint, it has something to do with WINE!
I recently completed a few pinterest projects of my own! I am a pinterest decorating hoarder - so many ideas, nothing being done. OOPS. I feel accomplished having done a few now though :) I just figured out that embed trick last week - isnt it amaazinnnngg? Have a happy wednesday! xoxo - Hope
ReplyDeleteAh, that does make sense about embedding the code. Thanks for that tip! I always just post the pic and hate going back to do the 'via' sources myself!
ReplyDeleteI did a very similar thing with my keys and a frame! I LOVE that little office space with the silver desk and the shopping bags! It's so cute!
ReplyDeleteAhh I didn't know about embedding the code! Guess I am a dum dum too :) I love all of these.. esp the vanity area!
ReplyDeleteI want to frame shopping bags too!
ReplyDeleteI love that lamp and I had no idea about the embedding code for Pinterest. Learning so much... ha. It'll make like a lot easier on Wednesdays. :) New follower!

I'm finally starting to go through my pins and do some of those DIYs, or even print out the free printables I save...I just got 3 together and framed for the baby's nursery! I just think because everything looks so nice, we figure we can do it too...but then we realize it takes time and money, and they stay as pins for a longgg time. I like all yours today, and I'm sure you'll get a few done soon enough! :)
ReplyDeleteGood tip on the PIN to Blog! I used to think I'd ONLY pin things I was going to DO. ha. That lastest ONE SECOND.
ReplyDeleteI did NOT know that about the embedding! You just saved me tons of time!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the key holder and the lamp AND the desk area! You have fantastic taste :)
ReplyDeleteLove the blown up envelope as art. I have a recipe card from my grandma (for my favorite pie she always made) that is perfect for this idea!
