Let'e Get Physical!

All In My Twenties

Tuesday I did the stair stepper for 20 minutes and elliptical for 30 minutes, tonight I'm doing a class Body Combat, one of my favorites because I get to pretend I beating the SHIZNIT outta people :)  Okay, I might have a little pent up anger that I just need to release..... haha..

Sometimes it's just really hard to get motivated -

Keep on Distracting me!! 

Realistically, I've only gained 5 lbs since my trip in April, but I was much more toned at the time.  I worked out for a solid 8 months, so it's going to take a while, but I have confidence that I can do it!!

This is what I want to look like again, I'm not too far off base, but I definitely need to put in some extra hours at the gym!

  1. UGH! I just went to the gym yesterday for the first time in about a month and I felt like such a out of shape fattie!

  2. I went to the Bahamas in April and was in the best shape I've been in since I got married...totally let myself go and have since started running again to get back into shape. I had gained about 7 pounds since April, but am proud to say I've dropped it again! you go girl!!!

  5. I've been trying to get back on the gym kick lately also! It's so easy to fall off the wagon sometimes!
